Forestiva Farm

Situated in the Rhenosterspruit Conservancy we are a part of Crocodile River Reserve and the Magaliesberg Biosphere, which has been categorised as an irreplaceable biodiversity area. Forestiva Farm is a private nature reserve along the Hennops River and features mountain terrain, grasslands, river frontage and an abundance of wildlife. We offer accommodation, camping, hiking and host events for nature and wilderness enthusiasts. The farm is in easy reach from Johannesburg and Pretoria (+/- 40 minutes). Hikers will enjoy river walks under trees and open grasslands with wildlife and breathtaking views of the Crocodile River Reserve and the Hennops River Valley. We have a couple of different marked out moderate trails suitable for everyone. Starting with an easy 4km river walk to a moderate 5km scenic mountain trail to a moderate 12km trail that explores most of the game farm including the Hennops River and Crocodile River and ending with the scenic mountain trail.
